Began conference calls with SDOT, coordinating operations. Joint operational planning calls on a one hour basis were established. Joint communications planning calls were established throughout the day.

Made a request to incident command to open SB I-5 temporarily to clear trucks and cars that could not be turned around in the express lanes.
