Tanker rollover collision involving four other vehicles occurred. All lanes of the southbound I-5 collector distributor just south of I-90 (MP 165) were blocked.

I-5 Express Lanes Closed. It will take about 40 minutes to extricate the driver from the truck.

The westbound I-90 ramp to northbound I-5 reopened. The ramp from westbound I-90 to southbound I-5 still closed.

Empty tanker truck arrived to off-load the fuel from the rolled over tanker.
